Refund policy
Since our studio operates on custom orders we are unable to accept returns and all sales are final. That being said, if you receive your items and notice there is an issue please reach out to us at info@studiofreedman.com and we will work to make it right.
On custom name place settings we will require that all names are in the exact spelling and format you would like to have them displayed. If there is a need to re-make any name because of an error in your template we will charge you for 1 new name.
Refunds
If there is an issue with your order that we are responsible for we will make you a new one, free of charge. If this means that you no longer need the item we will refund you for the purchase. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
