What is your shipping policy?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States free of charge.
Do you take returns?
Since all of our items are custom made we have a strict no returns policy. If you have an issue with an order or are unsatisfied for any reason please reach out to info@studiofreedman.com and we would love to make it right.
How quickly can I anticipate my order?
Since all of our items are custom made, we begin processing orders as soon as they come in. We are a small business, so we will ship out as soon as we can, but typically need anywhere from a few days to a week lead time (depending on the volume of the order).
